Americans are the most stressed-out people in the world, according to a 2017 Gallup poll. 55% of respondents told Gallup they experienced a lot of stress. The global average is 35%. According to the American Psychological Association, 75% of adults reported experiencing moderate to high levels of stress in the past month (and nearly half reported that their stress has increased in the past year).

A survey by Consumers Reports revealed that reducing stress was the number one reason people use CBD. While more study is needed, all signs point to CBD being an effective stress-management solution throughout your day.
